Delivery Information
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7–10 business days after the order confirmation email is sent. During high-volume periods, such as sales or holidays, processing may take slightly longer, but we will always keep you informed via email.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times
We offer both domestic and international shipping. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Domestic (within Turkey): 1–4 business days

Europe & UK: 5–10 business days

USA & Canada: 7–14 business days

Rest of the World: 10–15 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary based on customs processing or local courier conditions.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on our courier partner’s website.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Cerre Diamond does not have control over these charges and is not liable for any delays caused by customs.

Returns and Exchanges
Return Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received them

In their original packaging with all tags and labels attached

Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alterations

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:

Final sale or clearance items

Personalized or custom-made products

How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please visit our Contact Us page and submit a return request. Include your order number and reason for return. Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, item defective). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order. This ensures you get your desired item as soon as possible.

Refunds
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us for further assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
